
Hitler's Biography
1. Adolf Hitler was born April 20th, 1889. When Hitler’s father died there was no one to tell him what to do. At age 16 he dropped out of high school causing him to not get a high school diploma. He took a two day entrance exam to art school but he failed. In 1913 he moved to Munich and enlisted in the German army. There he was wounded and decorated. At the end of the First World War in 1919 he joined the German Workers Party. In 1921 he became the leader of the Nazi Party. The campaign in 1930, of Hitler and the Nazi’s was the biggest campaign Germany has ever seen.He traveled the country making speeches, attending meetings, and shaking hands. In Hitler speeches he promised work to the unemployed, prosperity to the failed business people and the feeling of unity to all and chance to belong. On March 23rd, 1933 he became the dictator of Germany by legally overthrowing the German Democratic Republic. Hitler began his career in politics due to his hatred toward the Jews. He established anti- Jewish laws. Hitler had two goals. His primary goal was having living space for German people and the other one was killing the Jews. In 1993, he banished Jews from government jobs, universities, and boycott of Jewish shops. He set up concentration camps in 1933. Hitler was responsible of millions and six million Jews in the holocaust. Hitler committed suicide on April 30th, 1945.
Why I Picked Him
2. I picked Adolph Hitler because I heard a lot about him in school. All I know was that he was a big part of World War 2. Also I wanted to look more in the holocaust and his hatred toward the Jews. I wanted to pick someone who will keep me interested in. By doing this research on him I will have fun looking up information and not get bored.
What Was Happening In the World
3. Hitler’s life from 1933- 1945 was when Hitler became the dictator until he committed suicide. During the year of 1929, was when the stock market collapsed. The German exports dried up, and the oiled German industrial machine came to a stop. Due to this people went into poverty and people were looking for solutions. Hitler knew it was his time to spring into action. During this time he was looking to overthrow democracy by being elected. Hitler started World War 2 by his invasion of Poland. He allied with Japan and Italy to create the axis.

4. After World War 1 and the depression Germany was looking for many solutions. Hitler legally overthrew Germany's Democratic Republic which made him the dictator of Germany. Hitler expanded Germany and it's military force. Under Hitler some businesses have been confiscated to capital tax. The profits were strictly controlled. He authorized the formations of an air force and a U-boat fleet Hitler commissioned the first autobahn. Hitler created the axis by making alliances with Japan, and Italy during the war.

One famous woman is Helen Keller. She was born on June 27th, 1880 in Alabama. When she was born she was healthy living. When she was 19 months she had a fever and she became deaf and blind. The way she would communicate is with sign language. By the age of five she found out people can talk with there mouths causing her to throw tantrums. By the age of seven her parents got her a tutor and her name was Anne Sullivan. Helen learned to read and write Braille and she learned to read people lip by touching there lips when they speak. Helen died in 1968 but she made many accomplishments. She help set up the American Foundation for the Blind. Yes I think she would be a good project because even though she was blind and deaf she was still successful in life and she helped setup the American Foundation for the Blind.
Another famous woman in history is Susan B Anthony she was born on February 15, 1820. In 1827 she moved to New York. Susan was smart and demonstrated leadership and attended boarding schools. In 1849 she became the president of Rochester Branch of the Daughters of Temperance; group that help you prohibit alcohol. She was also in many groups such as American Anti Slavery and Woman loyal league. One of her most famous quotes is "Men their rights and nothing more, women their rights and nothing less." She wanted woman to be treated equally as men. After her death she gave woman the right to vote. I think she would be a good power of one research because she did many things that helped made the US how it is today. She help woman voting rights and she was able to make University of Rochester accept woman and also started a lot of groups. They made the US coin dollar after her.
One famous man is David Ho. When he was three he moved the US. He knew no English so he studied hard and focused on school work. He was soon attracted to gene splicing and molecular biology. When the AIDS virus started to spread David and his team made an antiviral drug to the early stage of AIDS. For his research he became Time’s Magazine man of the year. Yes he has possibilities to become a power of one project. Yes because he has been leading researcher for AIDS and made an antiviral drug to help the early stages of AIDS.
